Floramos 2 aka Dockside Wakefield

Made my way over to the Dockside in Wakefield, MA today for lunch to check out the new menu. They have lots of beer on tap. No “beer of the month” specials anymore. Also, if you have an old rewards card for Dockside, they only allow you to use $10 at once, and not towards alcohol. They are also no longer honoring the cards soon and was told you can exchange the card value for a gift card.

Here is the lunch menu with the Floramo offerings.

I went for the 1/2 Floramos Chicken Cutlet aka 5th Ave Chicken on the original Floramos menu in Chelsea, MA. It as great! I do think the portion sizes are a little smaller than what I am use to at the original location, but still a great value. The chicken was great, but was not covered in the sauce which made it a little dry. They did not serve bread, but did not ask if they had it. Will I be back, 100% yes. I imagine things will improve. This is their 1st week at Dockside. I just hope they expand the menu and serve dinner. Can’t beat the convenience if you live on the Northshore.
